Shipping policy

1Shipping and handling

Orders are not being dispatched yet, so no dispatch window is quoted; dispatch times are published when ordering opens. Launching end of 2026. Lot documentation pending.

Each order will be packed to protect the vials in transit, shipped in plain outer packaging with no product labelling, and given a carrier tracking number once the carrier scans it.

Import compliance, duties, taxes, and any seized or refused shipment remain the buyer's responsibility.

2Packaging and storage

Amber USP Type I glass, vacuum sealed under nitrogen, shipped in insulated light tight packaging. No shipment has gone out yet.

Lyophilised material will be held at -20 °C from lyophilisation until dispatch. Product storage has not yet begun.

3Overnight shipping

Contact support before ordering if you need overnight delivery. Availability and cost must be confirmed. A delivery note does not change the shipping service or price selected at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.

4Tracking

Once ordering opens, a carrier tracking number is assigned to every shipment. Track your order from your saved private order link or the browser tab where you checked out, then confirm your order email.

5Availability and restocking

Fulfillment is first come, first served, so a popular compound can temporarily sell out. We will notify you if anything on your order is delayed.

6International shipping

International delivery is not available through checkout. Contact support before ordering to ask about your destination.

Import laws, customs duties, and delivery timelines vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. We do not cover packages that are seized, refused, or returned due to local regulations.

7Shipping cost

Checkout supports delivery within the United States. Available shipping services and their quoted prices appear after you enter your delivery address.

Once ordering opens, standard shipping is free anywhere in the United States on orders over $100 after discounts.

For United States orders of $100 or less after discounts, standard shipping is quoted at the carrier rate.

The merchandise total is calculated after discounts and before shipping. Confirm any shipping charge before payment. All prices are in USD.

8Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@radianpeptides.com with the order reference and supporting photos. We will replace or refund qualifying issues at our discretion.

9Returns

Research materials are subject to safety and chain-of-custody restrictions. Unopened, undamaged items may be returned subject to review; opened vials cannot be returned.

10Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for confirming complete delivery information before an order is submitted. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
