1What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, order number if you give one, subject and message. It is sent to the order desk by email and kept while your enquiry is open.

Product availability requests: your email address and the product you choose are sent to our support inbox so we can notify you when that product becomes available. This request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Payment receipts: the email you send includes your order code, payment method, transaction reference, amount and receipt image or PDF. Receipts can show names, account handles or wallet addresses. This information is kept with your order correspondence to verify payment, support fulfillment and meet legal retention requirements.

Order lookup: your order number, email and private access key are used to authorize access. Your browser tab retains private order access separately from checkout drafts; the database stores a hash of the key, never the key itself.

Age confirmation: a flag saved in your browser so the notice is not shown again on that device.

Your cart and checkout: selected vials are saved in your browser. Guest checkout collects your name, email, shipping address, preferred payment method and any optional delivery note. Your draft, retry reference and latest order reference are saved in this browser tab to recover from a refresh, and expire after 24 hours. Placing an order submits these details with your selected vials. Shipping quotes are processed separately before you place an order, as described below. Order submission is unavailable until the first lot is released.

Shipping quotes: once the required delivery fields are filled in, checkout automatically sends your name, delivery address and selected products, strengths and quantities to Radian to calculate shipping options. When a carrier quote is needed and configured, Radian sends your name and delivery address, together with the calculated parcel dimensions and weight, to Shippo to request rates. This can happen before an order is placed, including while order submission is closed. The separate checkout walkthrough does not request shipping rates.

2How we use it

Existing order records are used for record support and status lookup. We do not sell personal information.

3Payments

While ordering is closed, no payment is requested. Payments are made through the chosen payment service or crypto wallet, and receipts are sent to the order desk by email. The site never collects payment-service passwords, card credentials or wallet private keys.

4Data retention and security

Order records are retained to support fulfillment, tracking, and legal compliance. Access to order data is restricted; order lookup requires your private order access key, order number and the email on your order. Keep your saved private order link confidential.
