Order submission opens when the first lot is released. No payment is requested before then. You can browse products and save your selections in the cart while checkout is closed.

Three or more vials of the same compound at the same strength qualify for a 15 percent discount. It is applied automatically when the order is placed; no code is required. Different compounds or strengths do not count toward the same discount. An order can contain multiple qualifying items, each with its own 15 percent discount.

Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Products may temporarily sell out, and you will be notified if an item on your order is delayed.

When ordering opens with the first lot release, you can pay with Venmo, Cash App, or crypto (Ethereum, Bitcoin, USDC and USDT). USDC and USDT use Ethereum (ERC-20). Choose your preferred method at checkout. Your order code and payment instructions appear after you submit the order. No payment is requested before ordering opens.

After paying, email a screenshot or PDF receipt to support@radianpeptides.com from the email on your order. Include your order code, payment method, transaction ID, exact amount and currency. We confirm payment after checking the receipt; an order code alone does not mean the order is paid.

For United States orders of $100 or less after discounts, standard shipping is quoted at the carrier rate. Each order will be packed to protect the vials in transit, shipped in plain outer packaging with no product labelling, and given a carrier tracking number once the carrier scans it. International delivery is not available through checkout. Contact support before ordering to ask about your destination. You are responsible for import compliance, duties, taxes, and any package seized or refused by local authorities. We do not cover losses from customs seizure.
